Shipping Zones
We ship exclusively to Peninsular Spain (including the Balearic Islands).
The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is €7.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 48 / 72 working hours.
During holidays, campaigns, or promotions, this period may be slightly extended.
Order Tracking
Once submitted, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Delivery Incidents
In case of an incorrect address or the customer's absence, the shipping company will attempt delivery according to its policy.
If the package is returned to ByLoa and you wish to have it reshipped, there will be an additional cost of €7.
Damaged package
If the package arrives damaged, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours, providing photographs.
