Change policy
You can request a change within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Allowed changes
You can request:
- I'll trade it for another model.
- Exchange for another color , if available.
- Exchange for another product of equal or greater value (paying the difference).
Conditions for accepting a change
The jewel must be:
- Unused.
- In perfect condition.
- With its complete original packaging.
Cost of changes
The cost of the change is:
- €5 (fixed amount).
This includes creating the return label.
Changes not allowed
No changes will be accepted for:
- Used or damaged jewelry.
- Products without original packaging.
- Items with incorrect or incomplete packaging.
Changes due to defects or errors
If the product arrives defective or incorrect, ByLoa:
- assumes all expenses.
- offers exchange for the same item (if in stock) or a full refund.
No vouchers or exchanges are offered in the online store.
