Return policy

At ByLoa we accept returns within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

To accept a return, the jewelry must be:

  • Unused
  • Without damage or signs of wear
  • No traces of cosmetics or perfumes
  • With its complete original packaging (box, bag, card)

If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to accept the return.

Return shipping costs (Spain only)

The cost of the return is:

  • €5 (fixed amount)

This amount will be deducted from the final refund and ByLoa will provide the return label.

Refunds

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the jewelry.
It will be done using the same payment method used.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns not accepted

We do not accept returns of:

  • Used or damaged jewelry
  • Jewelry without original packaging
  • Products damaged by misuse

Defective products or incorrect shipments

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery , attaching photographs.

In these cases, ByLoa:

  • assumes all costs
  • offers a refund or exchange for the same product , depending on availability.
